Bandrek in Bandung (Indonesia)
It gets cold in the mountains in Java here, but we have the traditional warm beverage called Bandrek. The ingredients (that change depending on who is preparing) generally includes lemongrass, cloves, ginger, palm sugar and cinnamon.
