Collecting Nostalgia and Tofu Nwe (Cambodia)

A colorful alley in Hong Kong reminds me of a similar alley in Yangon. Missing Yangon, I buy a new book of short stories set in the city to read on the way to Phnom Penh. One of the stories reminds me of tofu nwe (a warm and creamy breakfast dish made of chickpea flour). This makes me end up in a Burmese café in Phnom Penh.
